Business Talks – fresh insights from Edinburgh to London

Episode 32 – automation, strategy and scaling with HubSpot At Edinburgh Connections, our CEO, Oleg Semerikov, sat down with Bart Kowalczyk, founder of Automate Now, a certified HubSpot consultancy in the UK. They explored why businesses rely on HubSpot to scale, the biggest challenges they tackle, and what first steps matter most when bringing automation into the mix.

Episode 33 – movement and business Still in Edinburgh, Oleg met Kasia Wypiorczyk, Director and Capoeira & Djembe drumming teacher at Axé Boom Boom. From classrooms to boardrooms, Kasia shared how rhythm and movement drive childhood development and build stronger teams. They also uncovered the cultural and language barriers she faced launching a social enterprise abroad and how she turned them into fuel.

Episode 34 – public speaking and the power of branding At AdCon London, Oleg talked with Pascale Ricchetti, brand strategist and co-founder of Azori Studio. They discussed why branding isn’t just a logo – it’s the heartbeat of your business and what it feels like to present on such a major stage.

Episode 35 – ever thought about a bold career shift? Still at AdCon, we met Jana, who traded running a dance studio in the Czech Republic for a sales career at London-based Adclients. Between stories of courage and reinvention, there was even time for a little dancing. Jana shared how skills from choreography now shape her sales success.

Episode 36 – why webinars still work Oleg’s final talk was with Adrian Kempton-Cumber, host of a leading property investment podcast and webinar series. They dug into why live interaction builds trust better than any ad campaign – and why webinars remain one of the most effective tools in modern marketing.

Team recap – new ideas, new directions, same dedication

Behind every project, there’s a team moving quietly but relentlessly.

New beginnings beyond translation Oleg Semerikov, our CEO, launched a new business initiative focused on marketing, a bold direction that complements our core translation work and proves how language skills can grow into broader strategy. He also set new goals for the Translators Family team to secure steady, thoughtful growth in the months ahead.

New ideas, familiar excellence Mariia, our content manager, reimagined how we share our story with the world. From fresh rubrics to new content concepts, she’s building a foundation for a more engaging presence, all grounded in our values of clarity and trust.

Keeping the wheels turning Olena, our vendor manager, remained the glue that holds our workflows together, staying close to our linguists and making sure every deadline was met. She’s also transitioning into a higher role, ready to take on more team leadership.

Clients first, always Victoriia, our client manager, continued to do what she does best: being the first point of contact for our clients, solving challenges before they even appear.

Quiet efficiency, proven results Alina, Ada and Nadya, our dedicated project managers kept operations running like clockwork. A few highlights that speak for themselves:

  • Translating content for an app helping travellers connect across borders
  • Delivering interpreting services with a full technical setup and receiving glowing feedback across Poland and beyond
  • Supporting 50+ clients with urgent document translations
  • Managing a complex medical e-learning translation project with AI automation
  • Handling regular tech and marketing assignments for well-known brands

As Ada, one of our project managers, gradually moves into an account manager role, she brings the same calm focus that has always defined her work.

Every milestone here is proof: when you build a culture of trust and precision, great things happen quietly, reliably, and together.

New launch – inside the interpreter’s world
