Executive summary — the power of language, live in action
February and March at Translators Family were anything but quiet. We’ve been at the centre of digital dialogues, conference halls, high-profile vendor meetings, and social media buzz — where every word matters and every language counts.
If you’ve missed any updates lately, this edition is your backstage pass to what we’ve actually been doing — beyond the polished projects and polished punctuation. Read on for inside scoops, expert insights, a peek behind the curtain at TF culture, and, yes, even a bit of translation humour.
Our major milestone — a new huge project for our regular client
While we’re not quite ready to reveal the name, we’re excited to share that Translators Family has kicked off a major translation project.
Last month, we had only three weeks to complete a complex e-learning project for a medical institute aimed at educating Ukrainian medical professionals in Germany. We successfully translated 30 videos and 60 presentations from English and German into Ukrainian — nearly 1,000 hours of work by our well-coordinated team of translators, proofreaders, QA managers, project managers, and OCR/DTP specialists.
More soon. For now, we’re deep in high-stakes localisation — and loving every minute of it.

You laughed. You shared. We’ll keep them coming.
Where we’ve been — and where we’re going
Conferences attended:
- Marketing Confex (Glasgow) — Think strategy, storytelling and leadership.
- Edinburgh Connections — Networking with a purpose, and partnerships in the making.
- Ecommerce Scotland — 54% of brands still don’t trust AI for localisation. We get why. But we also know how to do it right — combining human oversight with tech efficiency.
Upcoming events: Meet Oleg Semerikov, owner of Translators Family, at these exciting events:
- AdCon | London | 27–29 April 2025 Where growth, conversion, and confidence meet. Expect power talks from top 1% marketers, game-changing workshops, and tactical networking.
