Translators Family Free Translation Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Free Translation Voucher (“Voucher”) issued by Translators Family (“Company”). By using the Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Voucher Description

The Voucher entitles the holder to a one-time free written translation service of up to the number of words shown on the voucher, from English into any of the following language pairs:

• Polish
• Russian
• Ukrainian
• Spanish
• French
• Italian
• German
• Portuguese
• Romanian
• Hungarian
• Chinese
• Hindi

3. Validity

• The Voucher is valid until December 31st, 2023. Any service request received after this date will not be honoured.

4. Eligibility

• The Voucher is available to both new and existing customers of the Company.
• The Voucher must be presented or mentioned at the time of requesting the translation service.

5. Usage

• The Voucher can be used for a single translation project only.
• The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

6. Service Standards

• All translation services provided under the Voucher will adhere to the standard quality and service protocols of the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service for content that is deemed illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Limitations

• The Voucher does not cover additional services such as expedited delivery, specialised formatting, or certification fees.
• Any requests exceeding the specified word count will be subject to standard charges for the additional words.

8. Cancellation and Refund

• The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
• In case of cancellation of the translation service by the customer, the Voucher will be considered used.

9. Data Protection

• The Company will handle all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.

10. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
